using Fielpoints with bridgeview

I'm trying to use Fieldpoints with bridgeview.
I followed installation procedure starting with the fielpoint explorer (which works correctly)and then using the SCF configuration wizard. the scf is created correctly but then when trying to use the tag monitor, no values for the channels, only ?????
Bridgeview version is 2.1
Fielpoint explorer is ver 3.0 with firmware 417 for Fielpoint FP1601

You migt want to update your FieldPoint Explorer to 3.0.2 and apply the patches for Bridgeview from the links below
