Hi,
I'm new to Flexlogger and have downloaded the latest version and installed it, however I can't log in. I've attached a video of what is occurring - the program appears to just be stuck after I enter my username and password. I'm using the same credentials that I use to log in to ni.com.
Things I've tried so far:
- Different WiFi networks, hotspotting to my phone etc.
- Wired Ethernet connection
- Repairing the installation
- Restarting the computer
- Running as administrator
- Disabling all Windows security firewalls
Any help would be much appreciated.

I am having a similar issue. Not sure if it is related at all, but I will get passed the same login screen you show and "load" and then give a popup message saying "Server error. Retry later" (see attached).
Any help from admin would be appreciated!

Hi Craig,
it's very likely that the issue is related to a compatibility mismatch between FlexLogger and other NI components installed on your system, particularly the LabVIEW Runtime Engine or authentication services. So I suggest uninstalling FlexLogger, installing the correct labVIEW Runtime and reinstalling FlexLogger.

@CStoneman your error indicates that FlexLogger cannot connect to NI servers, which is usually caused by network restrictions rather than incorrect credentials. So my suggest is to ensure you can access to auth.ni.com in a broswer and update NI Package Manager
