Flexlogger stalls after "Run"

My FlexLogger project typically runs fine for days/weeks without issue. However, there have been a 2-3 times where after clicking "Run", FlexLogger seems to freeze. This happened after running several successful trials in the same session. This doesn't happen often, but the only way to resolve it is by force-quitting Flexlogger in Task Manager. When I restart FlexLogger, it doesn't show any errors or warnings and it works fine again. The USB connection to the cDAQ hardware is good. Does this error mode sound familiar and is there a root cause? Is there any diagnostic log file or way to troubleshoot this?

After clicking "Run", the Logging Ready dialog pops up and remains indefinitely. We have to force-quit, and the application works after reopening it. I'm not in front of the PC running Flexlogger right now, but I received this picture from the coworker running it. The signals here look strange - does Flexlogger need a stable cDAQ signal before starting? What does Logging Ready check for and what could cause it to stall?
