I have written a few plug-ins with the 1.7 SDK and recently upgraded to FlexLogger 2025Q4 and a new SDK. In the past, I have had to hard code values, which makes the reusability rather limited. I'm not quite up to speed on channels and parameters but I'm looking for a way for the user to provide variable inputs to the plug-in, as one might do with an INI file or reading from a file with a button press in FlexLogger. I've looked at a few plug-ins from the Github repository and noticed the use of globals. Is there any sample code for supplying user specific data to a plug-in while it is live in FlexLogger? I've tried using an initial LabVIEW read, read from spreadsheet - for example, but the prompt to open the file is always behind FlexLogger even when I make the user prompt modal. Any help to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated but would rather stay away from a Python interface.
