Hyperlinks in DataGrid and Tree Controls

Is there a way to add hyper links to the items in a Data Grid and/or Tree control?

I have tried that as well, unfortunately unsuccessfully. At the moment there seems to be no official way to use hyperlinks in Data Grids or Trees.
