Are there any tools like VI analyzer for GWEB to do static code analysis? Since JavaScript is behind the scenes can a JavaScript tool work?

No, there's no scripting or meta-programming in G Web and no editor hooks to have any pre-post build actions to run external scripting. You program, you deploy, you build packages.
