Understanding the server IP for the client in websocket api

Hello community, I am developing a web-based application with the help of websockets on the G web platform, and my question is, where should the client-side know the server's IP or the server's name? Because in the front and G web sections, we do not have access to any source to automatically detect the IP server or server name to connect.

You need to give your server a known name (buy a domain name and host it behind that) or a known IP if you're in a known environment. You've not specified who will be using the web app, where there server is hosted, is it accessible over the internet, and a whole host of other details that are necessary to give clearer recommendations.
