WebVI deploying to server doesn't work

Hi Team,

Using the Call JavaScript From a WebVI example, works fine in G Web Development Software,as follows:

I'm trying to publish a web service in the window server, the diagram does not work, but the panel controls display no problem.

Thanks,

Quell

Hi Quell,

The topic Hosting a Web Application on a Server gives links to documentation for hosting WebVIs on NI supported Web Servers and some notes about hosting on third party web servers.

Hi Milan,

Thank you for your reply.

I'm in China, I can't open this link. Can you help me with a screenshot?

Thank You!

I think it's an issue with your software. Such things happen when you poorly test it and don't find all bugs. Try to ask for help from some QA engineers. I think it might help you.

Hi Quell,

The link I provided is for a topic in the G Web Development Software manual. Our web team expects that you to be able to access the G Web Development Software manual in China. Another user stated they were able to access the URL in China but the first load may have taken a bit longer (over 30 seconds).

Can you confirm that you cannot access the link provided to the G Web Development Software manual? Can you post a screenshot of any errors you get, etc trying to load the link?

Hi Quell,

Updates have been made to the documentation which may resolve issues loading in some scenarios. Could you try and visit the NI documentation page again, i.e. Hosting a Web Application on a Server, and see if the content loads for you?

Hi Quell,

We adjusted some settings last week. Can you try again and see if you can access the content now?
