We have a mezzanincard originally designed for the 9607 that seems to be pin-compatible with the 9603, but having generated a CLIP for the 9603 and testing the RS-485 ports they run at an elevated baud rate...If we configure them to run at 9600 baud in VISA the actual output is at 10700...
I would assume it is a clock configuration issue somewhere (?), but I do not see any that could explain the difference. Any ideas / known issue to anyone?

Hi,
Did you solve your issues.
The 9603 pinouts are common to the DAQmx enabled sbRIO which include the 9603 and 9609 products:
The 9607 pinouts are located here:
RMC Connector Pin Listing by Location - NI
There table mentions that the first 64 pins will be future design compatible (e.g. 9603), many of the other pins are not guaranteed pin compatible. If you found the solution, it would be great to have it recorded here.

No the issue has not been resolved, but there is a support case ongoing.
NI Support acknowledged it as a bug at one point and suggested a fix that involved editing a part of the CLIP, but that did not work. They now say that the issue has not been recreated so perhaps that was for another issue that they knew and thought covered this case. Has anyone else successfully used the RS485 ports on the 9603 without any baud rate issues? I have not tested any of the RS232 ports yet, but we do have a mezzaninecard that include one of of those too so we should try that too.
