5620 ddc bw: FIR coefficients

Hello.
The 5620 DDC has a set of discrete bw. I want to use different ones, so de "hard" job is the FIR coefficients. There is a Matlab program to do that, but I wonder if NI has a Labview tool to do the job. Does somebody have a tool to design filter coefficents in the format suitable to be downloaded to DDC using the NI-SCOPE fir download vi?

Hi Alipio,
Let me begin by stating that custom programming of the 5620 DDC is not supported by National Instruments.
With that being said, there are some paths I can point you down to help.

I would recommend first looking at the Spectral Measurements Toolkit (SMT) subVI 'smt_Config DDC Band.vi'. This shows you how the SMT is programming the DDC.

We also have some internal utilities for programming the DDC for those customers who wish to try them out on their own. We can't offer any support on them, but you should still find them useful as is. I will be emailing these to you shortly.
