Absolute vs RMS Reading on Two Different Scopes

I am encountering a problem where the same NI-SCOPE based code is resulting in two different amplitude readings from different digitizers. The signal in question is a 3.3V PPS Square Wave signal. A 5114 correctly outputs 3.3V amplitude, however a 5170 outputs 2.2V. The only thing I can think of is that the 5170 is defaulting to Vrms. Thoughts? Attached is the code.
