Can I use NI-Scope 2.6 under LabVIEW 6.1

Hi all,

it would be very nice if somebody could answer the following question:

We have the NI PCI-5122 High-Speed Digitizer with NI-Scope 2.6 currently running under LaBVIEW 7.1. Now I have to install the digitizer in another system PC which is running LabVIEW 6.1.

Can I operate the digitizer with NI-Scope 2.6 under LabVIEW 6.1? Do I loose functionality or performance if I use the digitizer under LabVIEW 6.1?

Hey Beam,
The requirements for NI-SCOPE are as follows:

LabVIEW 6.1 (or later)
<>
NI-DAQ 7.1 (or later)
NI-VISA 3.0.1 (or later)
IVI Compliance Package 2.1 (or later)

NI 5122, NI 5102, NI 5112, NI 5620, NI 5621, NI 5911

NI-SCOPE is an IVI-class driver that is independent of the Programming Interface (i.e. LabVIEW, CVI, C++, etc.). You will not loose any performance or functionality from a driver standpoint by going to LabVIEW 6.1. (of course, you will lose the newer features of LabVIEW)
