Digital I/O Lines

Hi DFGRAY:

I am sorry. After I worked on this hardware in this week. I find I have to ask you what you mean the digital ground (DGND) connection to the fixture. Last time, I did not quite get what you mean and I would like you to verify.

Attached is the picture of DGND and digital input connection. Is this connection correct? I have also attached the block diagram of the fixture with 9V DC Power Supply as an input. Since you know, the negative terminal of the fixture has digital ground under the push buttons part, when connecting the CB 68LP board, do I really need to do anything with it. Otherwise it seem the digital ground is the same as the CB-68LP board after connecting cable from CH1 through CH5 through the fixture. If you look at the block diagram, the CH1 and CH 5 are connected CH2-1 through CH2-5 and the DGND line is connected to digital ground under the push buttons..

Another diagram called diff mode wire. Do you think I need to put I more wire to connected from AI+ to AIGND according to the picture for diff mode?

You said the offset is form by adding R1. Is that because the voltage right now is adding another voltage drop for R1.

You said the bias resistor 10k should add from AI- to dgnd to seperate the ground. Is this setup correct

I am in an urgrnt. would you pls sent it to me quickly
