Hello Hector,
If you have tried your PCI-5122 boards in another PC but still see this error and the other board you have works in those same slots, this probably indicates you have a problem with your hardware. Please be sure you are working with the latest NI-Scope. To initiate the process for repair, please contact National Instruments. You will want to have the serial numbers of your boards available. They may suggest further trouble-shooting steps before having you return the boards.
