Error when running an HWS that was imported from a VCD

I imported a VCD using the waveform editor.  I get the following error when I try and output it using the Read HWS and Generate example...

I have tried deleting some of the signals to see if one specific one is the offender, doesn't help.  When importing, the selection for Drive/Compare/Ignore is fixed at Drive for all the signals.

I am attempting to drive signals 0-5 on a PXIe-6548.

I also edited a sample waveform from scratch and it worked flawlessly, so it's something in the VCD that I am not sure of.
