How to handle PCI-5124 digitizer MIG hardware error.

Hi folks,

Our PCI-5124 has stopped working -- no matter what we do, it reports "Error -239022. Internal Hardware Error occurred in MIG hardware". Installing the board in a different PC, with a fresh install of NI-SCOPE, produced the same result.

As far as i know, we don't have a service contract. So how I do go about getting this repaired? Or, first, finding out whether it's even worth repairing: Are such failures common on these devices? Is there a typical cause (e.g., overheating)?  If we get it repaired, will it fail again?

At this point the best thing for you to do would be to contact National Instruments support. From there you will be able to find out if it is worth your while in terms of cost to you.
