My NI 5102 won't work on Windows XP even after downloading new software.

I tried several times to install software downloaded from your site for this card with no succcess.What I would really prefer is a new CD with all the necessary drivers and software to get the NI 5102 working again on my new Dell Inspiron 4150 running Windows XP Professional. You will need to verify a couple things.
Make sure that you a have only one version of the following drivers: I would recommend upgrading to all the latest drivers from the Drivers & Updates page at ni.com.
NI-DAQ 6.9.3
NI-VISA 2.6
IVI Engine 1.83
NI-Scope 2.14
Make sure that you manually uninstall the previous version. Also you need to make sure the 5102 is not in the computer if DAQ is not installed.


Also can you clarify where your board will not work? Does it fail at startup, in Measurement & Automation Explorer, or during acquistion?
