I have a NI5102 USB that has stopped working. I'm not sure if it under warranty as our US facility bought this unit last year. It has serial number DC6FF6.
The fault is that no acquisition seems to take place. This has been happening intermitttently over the last month but now it seems permanent. The unit is recognised by N-IMAX and if I test resources all is fine. If I run test panels I get a value that is stuck at -5.0v
I supsect that an internal power supply has failed at a guess.
Can I return this for repair and advise me wheterh this will be done under warranty or not (and if not how much it will coat/how quickly it will be repaired).
