NI USB 5133 continuous data acquisition and storing data

Hi,

I am using a NI 5133 USB high speed digitizer. I need to collect data at a sampling rate of 10MHz. I have written a Labview program using 7.1 version. The problem that I am facing is, whenever I record data I am getting fewer no of samples. This may be due to the record length set (1000 by default) in the horizontal time configuration module. I have to collect all the samles at the same sampling rate and store them for analysis. Please let me know how to write a code for this in Labview. Does it work if I set the record length to be same as the sampling rate? But then I have a system limitation of being able to go only up to 5MHz....
