PXI-5122 uses AD6645?

Does anyone know if the NI PXI-5122 uses Analog Devices AD6645 ADC's?  I'd hate to disassemble one just to look at the ADC's.

The AD6645 seems to match many of the specifications of the 5122, leading me to believe that it is the ADC being used.
