Provide an example of synchronized sampling with a 6115 and a 5122 input card

Our System has (2) 6115 and (3) 5122 boards I would like to synchronize the sampling of the high and low speed data between these boards

What type of synchronization do you want between the 6115s and the 5122s? Do you just want to make sure that they all start at the same time? Or do you want to do something more like making sure that sample clock edges are aligned (meaning you can only sample at integer values of each other)?

Also, what triggers the start of the acquisition (hardware trigger, software, etc)? If hardware, which board retrieves the trigger?

Are you working with a PXI or PCI system?

1) I would like to align the sample clock edges.
2) A "one per rev" signal from a sensor connected to a 5122 card will be used as the trigger
3) The system consists of (2) 6115 and (3) 5122 boards in a PXI rack connected to an external PC
