Which DAQ do you recommend me to characterize parameters like SFDR in an ADC ?

Hi,

I want to characterize a 10-bit 1.5Gsps ADC .  The outputs use LVDS and can be demultiplexed in ratios  1:1 , 1:2 and 1:4.

I would like to obtain parameters like :  SINAD, SFDR,THD etc.by means of FFT  In addition, I have a Logic analyzer , that it might help and a Labview license in a computer.

Whick DAQ  models are suitable for this ADC characterization ?
