Will JIT3 sw package on a TDS5104 measure 40 psec peak-peak jitter?

I need to measure <40 pSec p-p jitter on some osc. I have a TDS5104 without JIT3 evakl left, so I will be renting a TDS5104 with JIT3 installed. Is it intuitive to use? Do I hook up muy osdcillator to the scope and run thejitter app, slecting period jiter or whatever?

Not sure why you posted here. This board is for NI digitizers. For programming questions, you should use the Instrument Control board. Someone there might know your question about the specs of the instrument but the best place to ask would be tek (www.tek.com)
