export waveform as txt file?

We are trying to export as a txt file, a waveform obtained using NI-Scope-SFP-PCI-5911. The reason we want to export the file, is because the FFT function is calculating an FFT which is clearly wrong: the waveform has a fundamental frequency of over 30 kHz, while the FFT says the fundamental is about 1.4 kHz.

What is the mechanism for exporting a waveform as a txt file?

In the soft front panel if you want to save the data select File>>Save Data.

You can then select an lvm file, which will save it as a text file, either tab or comma delimited.

You can also save the measurments being made into the same file.
