not able to take the correlation or autocorrelation of the two signals

i have a chain of waveforms and i extracted the signal and able to take its FFT now i would like to take the crosscorrelation and autocorrelation of the two extracted signals. i have used the correlation block but it is giving the error that the two waveforms have different dt's. please explain me what are dt's here and give the solution of my problem how can i do correlation or auto correlation please tell me the procedure too.. before i have contacted Mr. ghosh too and he helped me a lot. i am again keenly waiting for your reply.

dt stands for the time intervals used in the waveforms.  If you used a sampling rate of 1 KHz, then dt = 0.001s or 1ms.   What you need to do is realign the waveforms and then try doing the autocorrelation again.

Unfortunately, I can't be more helpful because I can't open LabVIEW right now, otherwise I would have been more specific.
