vi version is too early (ag86100a.lbb, 5.1.1) to convert to labview 8.5

I'm not able to run the instrument driver vi for 86100 scope due to their early version 5.1.1.  We have 8.5 version.  Does anyone know how to fix or convert this?

Thx.

You can download the CVI driver and use the Import Wizard to re-create the driver. It was an older version of the wizard that was used to create the original. If you don't have any version of LabVIEW earlier than 8.5, you could also post the old llb and ask if someone can do the conversion for you. It just has to be saved in 6.0 or greater for 8.5 to open it. Installing and using the wizard is probably the fastest way to get a driver you can load.

I have the same problem.  I am currently using LV9.0 and can't open the Agilent 86100a 5.1 labview drivers.  I have attached the .llb file to be converted.  If someone could do this for me, it would be most appreciated.

Hi JB,

I mass compiled you llb for LabVIEW 8.2.1 so you should be able to open it in LV 2009 now.

It's probably in one of the downloads. I would try the CVI download first since the dll was probably created with that.

I have the same problem with JB. The VIs I have are in version 4.0.1, and the labview program I used is in version 2009. Is there any one can help me to convert them for me? That would be very appreciated.
