Pi4 and Pi5 coming up as Pi2 b.... Was this ever resolved?

This problem was discussed in another thread but I didn't see a solution come out of it. 

Has this been worked out? Is there a workaround?

How do I get LV2024 Pro Dev to recognize my pi4 as a pi4?
