NI today announced its collaboration with Vitrociset, a leading European technical services provider for highly complex systems, to offer complete solutions for big physics applications services such as particle accelerators and fusion devices.
Vitrociset will integrate NI products such as LabVIEW and PXI into its service packages to offer an innovative product portfolio to organizations developing sophisticated physics projects. The collaboration combines NI experience in delivering COTS products for advanced physics with the service expertise of Vitrociset in large control applications to provide well-integrated, efficient solutions.
Vitrociset has delivered successful solutions for complex applications ranging from European government space vehicle control and launching projects, avionics and air traffic management to environmental monitoring, telecommunications and security. NI has contributed product solutions to some of the world’s most advanced physics projects including the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and a tokamak fusion device control system at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics.
