Error Loading NiRioSrv.dll

I'm having trouble loading one of the examples.  I've opened the ni5640R Single Tone.lvproj file.
When loading the Single Tone Output (Host)  VI I get the error:

LabVIEW Generic error.
The file 'NiRioSrv.dll' is not a valid LabVIEW file.

I can't find NiRioSrv.dll on my computer.

What's wrong?

p.s.  The FPGA VI loaded just fine.

Hmmmm....  The problem seems to have gone away now that I've plugging the IF RIO board into my computer.

Im trying to edit some code on a computer that doesnt have an fpga board and I get this error. Is this always going to happen when i try to edit code on a computer that doesnt have the board in it? Thats kind of annoying.
