Browning,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We were running tests to see if the 5641 will work for us before placing an order.
As you know I've been working with several engineers at NI on issues that we've been seeing and at the moment I'm not sure
I can re-create/find the design I was working on when I sent this initial support request. I did verify that a blank VI will generate
the same error. Attached are the log files from compiling the blank VI along with the zipped C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2009\Targets\NI\FPGA\RIO\79XXR directories from the 2 machines. It fails on local the local machine, but runs successfully on the remote machine.
Regards,
-C.
update: I just tried to upload the files. tha max size is 5.1MB so I will break it into two files. -local will also contain the log reports from the local machine

Browning,
The files from the local machine are attached here.

Hi Chuck,
I looked through the fixed logic files you sent me and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. I also tried reproducing this issue on a few different machines here and I could not get the error to occur with standard installed files or using the files you sent me. Since you aren't seeing the issue using the 5641R, I think the best option would be to repair your LabVIEW FPGA install. This can be done from the Add or Remove Programs menu using the National Instruments Software category. From this category all of your NI software can be repaired. Repairing the LabVIEW FPGA installation will ensure that all of your LabVIEW FPGA program files are correctly installed.
Good luck with your 5641R developments.
