Rio Evaluation board?

Hi, I have found a couple of boards labelled LabVIEW RIO Eval.
I have googled them and it seems like this board shall be used with some other board.

Are these standalone boards good for anything (for example signal generators) or shall I simply throw them away?
I see no inputs for the power supply on them.
