whats the amount of memory available on the FPGA of the ni-5640R card?

Hi there,

i just wanted to know what the total memory available on the fpga of the ni-5640r card, because i am getting mixed answers from the data sheet and other sites. Can some one please give me the number and the link or source where you found that?

Hi Sandeep

The actual number for total memory is 2,448 Kbits for block RAM.   This is from the latest specification sheet released with the ni5640R software version 1.1.  In addition, I received confirmation from the developer that this is an accurate number.

hey jerry,

i know that number, but i was wondering if there is any other memory that is available on the board. I honestly think the 2448 kbits is very less amount of memory. So, i wanna know if there is any other memory available on the FPGA other than the block RAM's 2448 kbits.
