Dear all friends,
I am new to this forum.
Also i am new to PLC's, as basically i am an IT guy, but having interest in PLC's I am trying to solve this problem.
I have My Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLC I/F ver:1.2.00 connected to V609E TP (Make Hakko Electronics) via Logix 5561 card using 25 Pin ~ 9 Pin RS232C connection. Similarly, I have My Ethernet IP card having IP 192.192.192.30/31/44 connected to my network.
Due to some maintenance works, we had shutdown the power of this machine. When we again stated the machine having this PLC, it started showing error on touch panel like"" Communication Error " Screen No.3.
So to resolve it, we slowly and one by one changed the entire plc, RS232C wire, Network Cord & Card also, But even then we faced error on the TP and also the machine was disconnected from network.
So finally we changed the IP address to some thing like 192.192.192.66 and suddenly, every thing was ok and up running. so i am not understanding what is the probklem with this ip.
We do not use any default gateway here as this is a closed network, but it is connected to a router using moxa and then a cisco router. We also tried to reset the moxa and router also. but this 3 ips are behaving as if they are blacklisted,. So, freinds, can any of you please help me to solve this problem.
Friens i am in deep trouble currently, so please help me if possible.
Also i have made some display diagram for my problem, please do look at it.
