I want to communicate a cRIO and a compactlogix PLC. But I don't know where to start from. Can u guys guide me.

How are you trying to communicate between the two? Are you trying to use one as a Server or just trying to have them communicate directly? 

This white paper talks about OPC servers and how they can be used with a PLC. This might be a great resource for you before getting started.
