Profibus communication error

Hello all,
Need some help in troubleshooting problem of crio communication with Synamics drive using profibus.
We used a PLC to connect test and configure and everything works fine. The same GSD file was downloaded and the software from comsoft was loaded with all appropriate drivers of LV12. When only one module is connected as shown in figure the drive connects properly and in online mode it shows green as shown in figure.
But when more than one module is connected in the window it shows blue and in diagnostics report it says 'station not ready' and 'Cfg error' as shown in figure. Could you kindly suggest something .

Hi Shreyas, 

I have no ideas on what the root cause is based on your description, but the blue outline means that the slave is online but has diagnostic data. You should be able to double click on the icon and it will bring up a dialog with a "diagnostic" tab. That tab can be used with the Synamics manual to look up an error message.
