Simple DNET set output fail on error: wait for state

1. I’ve configured correctly  the device net as seen in MaxDnet.png.

2. It is also detected correctly as seen in

MAXConfig.png & GetDeviceList.png (by using DNET example GetDeviceList.vi).

3. But, when i use an example in labview to set 1 output as seen in DeviceNetErr.png. Showing “wait for state” 1074388912. It seems that i dont know how to set input length & output length. Where can i get those information?

IF YOU CAN'T ANSWER AT LEAST GIVE ME DIRECTION WHERE TO LOOK FOR HELP????

I'VE TRIED UPLOAD & DOWNLOAD EDS FILE FROM USING EDS MANAGER...

Sorry, we missed this request somehow.

It would be helpful to know what you are trying to do. Your screenshot shows that you indend to use 8 Byte Input and 8 Byte Output in a polled connection.

But there is no output data configured. Could you please try to configure your Output array to have 8 byte of valid data  and then run the VI again?

1. When I want to configure using configurator (using protocol DNET), it always shows EDS error as shown in
EDSAlwaysErr.png.

2. Although i have download the EDS of the OMRON as shown in AlthoughEDSSuccess.png.

3. Even after i refresh the list.

4. So, how to configure? and where can i configure?

I am just guessing here, the manual is not clear.
What i want to do is just to do a simple testing to turn one bit on and off.
The code i am using is from the example provided by NI.

Could you post your EDS file and describe in detail what you want to accomplish?

Regarding the missing EDS file, your devices firmware might be different from the one specified in the EDS file.

Can you find out the Firmware Revision used by your device?
