2 NI PCIe 1429 frame grabbers in one computer

I am wondering if anyone has tried using two NI PCI2 1429 frame grabbers in the same computer to get images from two cameras at once. Will the two framegrabbers campture images simutanously or will they switch back and forth?

The two frame grabbers will be able to acquire images in parallel and throughput shouldn't be an issue with just those two cards.
