I am the search of a card or an association of cards, that measures chain connected to the micron, however use a software (Autolab) of calculation of uncertainties that uses the protocol IEEE 488 (GPIB). Which type of configuration can be used for this application.

Please give us some more details.

An Agilent GPIB multimeter would meet the specs you have provided.
