6517B electrometer

Dear friends,

I'm using K6517B electrometer for solar cell characgterization. In order to measure Voltage source (like -10V to +10V) and measurement current, I need labview program.

There is a very old and unsupported driver for the 6517A here. On the main Instrument Driver Network page, you will find links on what a driver is and how to use one.

You will face additional problems because you are using a Keithley GPIB controller. Not that familiar to me. Try searching the board and ask Keithley.
