Agilent 81150A over LAN

Hi

I have 81150 connected over LAN.

• I am able to ping the instrument.
• I am using LabVIEW drivers from this link http://sine.ni.com/apps/utf8/niid_web_display.download_page?p_id_guid=56137507D0872EC0E0440003BA7CCD...
• Using LabVIEW 8.5, MAX 4.3, VISA 4.2 running on Windows XP machine

How do i communicate with this instrument? ... same way as we do, when the instrument is connected through GPIB, or some other way?
