Agilent 86142B OSA

Hi

I have Agilent 86142B OSA equipment and I am trying to download the trance. The Laview program (attached) runs without errors but it did not show and trace and also it returns zero points. Any one can help please?

The Agilent 81642B OSA driver is a third party driver developed by Keysight that is not certified or supported by National Instruments. If the discussion forums are not helpful, I would recommend contacting the Keysight if you have any direct questions about the Optical Spectrum Analyzer driver for LabVIEW.
