Alternatives to accessing the Front Panel Security window?

My LabVIEW application does not have the top menu enabled, so I don't know how to access the DSC Front Panel Security window other than using the top menu. Are there any other ways to open it?

The DSC Front Panel Security is an edit time menu.  You wouldn't have acces to it if your VI or application was running even if the menu bar was available.

Is there a reason why you would want to access this in your application?

Thanks for the reply. I didn't realize that you can't access it while the app is running.

I would like the user, once logged in as Admin, to be able to modify the security properties for all the controls during run time by using what's already written by NI - the Front Panel Security tool.

Hi James,
Unfortunately the front panel security settings cannot be programmatically modified during run time.  I would recommend going to http://www.ni.com/contact and add that as a product suggestion for future versions of LabVIEW.
