I didn't send santhosh40 a file. I posted an image above of how you can explicitly tell LIFA which COM port to use (rather than letting it try to auto detect your Arduino). I would try that first. If that doesn't work please post on ni.com/arduino forums (it is a group specifically for LabVIEW Interface for Arduino users).
