CRIO 9039 shows red blinking on status led

Hello experts,

I am facing a problem with my CRIO 9039, it connect with 8 modules, when i connect the module on the 8th slot, status led goes red and blinking shown in video, due to that all ports of CRIO stops working, but whenever i remove the module on that slot and reset the CRIO, the red lights goes off and it start normally with orange on status led momentarily on and then off as in picture, but the ports are still not working. 

I don't know what to do, waiting for your helpful answers.

Sounds like a damaged C series module!

The cRIO itself looks like it got a few beatings too. 😁
