CV measurement for HP 4275a LCR meter

Hi

We have lost our software to control the internal voltage bias for HP4275 LCR meter. Could you please let me know whether is there a control software available here? I searched everywhere and couldn't find any infomation. Also can you advse whether I can create one from Lab view with voltage sweep if I cannot find the software?
