Cannot find PCI-GPIB card in NI-MAX

I have built a new computer with an old PCI-GPIB board.  I have installed the driver in the device manager but it does not appear in NI-MAX.  

When I try to "Create New", the only choices I get are these

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

What version of windows are you running?  What version of NI-488.2?

I am running Windows 11 and the most recent NI-488.2.  However, I managed to get it working after some combination of rebooting, refreshing the device manager and refreshing NI-MAX.
