Chroma 63201 cannot react by GPIB sometimes

We are using TestStand to test power supply, but sometimes the electronic load (Chroma 63201) cannot respond from controller (PC).

I'm wandering whether the problem is the compatibility between GPIB driver and Chroma 63201?
