Typically, as the error says, it cannot start. Give a try with another slot in the computer or on a different computer.
If it doesn't work on a different slot or a different computer, then high chance that the card is corrupted.

Hi Santosh,
Thanks for the response.
I have tried both. It cannot work on another slot on the same PC. It works on another PC but the PC configuration is different. The MB is different.

Jeremy

If it works on a different MB, then at least the PCI GPIB card is not damaged and still works.
This leaves you with figuring out what changed in your MB, like any drivers or windows updates or registry corruption or driver corruption. If possible, try to uninstall the driver for this card in Device Manager and let it reinstall drivers automatically.

Hi Santhosh,
I have tried uninstalling and installing the drivers numerous time. It's did not solve the issue.
I also tried with another HD with Window XP on the PC. It did not solve the issue too.
The BIOS is different from the other working PC. Did a search on the forum and some said it maybe the BIOS compatability issue with the NI drivers? Solution was to run a Coredriver update from NI but I could not download it from the NI website.

It does download, just that you have to either open it in an FTP software like FileZilla or discard the FTP prefix - https://download.ni.com/support/cdu/ni-cdu1121.exe (this link should work)
