Commands for Michell Instruments OptiCal Humidity Calibrator

I want to write my own labview software for controling a Michell Instruments OptiCal Humidity Calibrator via its 232 port but the manual does not provide any command instructions, just information on using the bundled software that it comes with.

There is a labview instrument driver for a simple Michell Instruments Easidew hygrometer, so I would've thought the ability to control the OptiCal would be available.

Does anyone have a driver or the commands for controlling the OptiCal?

Have you asked commands from Michell? Ask from them first.

If that does not help then there are some programs which can listen a rs-232 line.

I have used those when manufacturer has not been willing to help = their service technician has not been skilled enough.

Yes I contacted Michell Instruments in the first instance and they gave me a little bit of information but not quite what I was after, it was just a "sales engineer" pointing me to areas of manuals and the like so I imagine it is, as you say, "their service technician has not been skilled enough"
