Communicate problem with TX3

I have a problem to communicate with the TX3.I have used the start tktxx getting started.vi to try to communicate with it but it return an error code that indicate the TX3 is overrange in the first few times.After I have tried for four or five time, it returns an error code that  said"tktxx Configure Measurement.vi<ERR>Driver Status:  (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Timeout expired before operation completed.

Secondary Error: (Hex 0xBFFC0002) Parameter 2 out of range, or error occurred while setting Parameter 2.

Elaboration: Measurement Functio ".

I have read a post that mentioned about the over range of the TX3 and I have followed the steps that have mentioned to try but I still cannot figure out what's happen with my TX3.

I'd be happy to try to help you get your instrument working if you're using a specific instrument driver.  Can you tell me the manufacturer and model number of the device so I can find its appropriate instrument driver?  Thanks!

Thanks for your help.

But I have fixed the problem.I have found that the solution to deal with the problem is to add a time delay before reading the value.

I have turned on the light bulb to see what happen then I found that the value can be read when the light bulb is on.As a result of that,I added a time delay to try and I found that it worked so I think after the set up of the instructment, there may not have enough time for it to read the true value,instead, it reads a fake value and give me a NAN(overrange ) result.
